Publisher's summary

After the ghoul attack and overwhelming trouble, Soraya Devil needs a break. She’s trying to save everyone from the darkness swirling around her when she goes into hermit mode. But she’s the Enchantress and the world needs her, so she can’t take the time she needs. Worried for her coven after the beating they took as well, she resurfaces to handle a situation with some Russian hawks, piles of everything from the companies, ending her ties with the ancient nest, and taking a shot back at the enchanter elders… And that was just in one night. Is it really any wonder that she’s tired and wants a holiday? But when the ripples of her erasing a greater demon reach further than she could have guessed, she faces jumping into the next rabbit hole or a worse option coming to her door later. She does what she thinks is best for those she cares about, but when you’re a thousand years old, traversing new waters is terrifying for even the Enchantress. Oh, and there’s a traitor in the coven house… The Enchantress is a fast paced ride of sexy fun while balancing the needs of her coven, police investigations, work, supes, and the world that wants so much from her and still trying to move on from the past to find the love we all deserve.

Must Read Series

I can’t express how amazing this book was. I loved book one and two, obviously, but I think book three is the best so far. Each book is more addicting than the last. Erin is one of the only authors that can take me on this much of an emotional rollercoaster in the course of one book. From steamy scenes to sweet moments to utter betrayal within one entire book she managed to make me feel so many different things. She's an amazing author and the world she’s building is fantastic. I love how diverse the series is - and not just ”a token black person” or ”one gay person” - and it's done so effortlessly, as it should be. I’m extremely invested in Soraya’s relationship with Hunt, and I’m loving how it’s not a standard loving relationship, and I really can’t wait to see how things turn out. The supernatural element was amazing within this book, as more kinds of supernaturals made an appearance, and the main focus this time was something I love - ghosts/spirits and the veil. It was really interesting to see Soraya and her team tackle this, and with all the new people turning up I can’t help but think we’re gearing up for a fight. An absolutely amazing addition to the series and I’m extremely interested to see where it goes next. The bonus scene that we got was so intriguing and I absolutely adored learning about young Soraya (or Soree as she goes by), and it helps add to her character now.
