okay story

I really liked the story, but the pauses between chapters was way too long. They were so long that it seemed like the book stopped.

Refreshing!

I have read the first two books of this series and this one is even better than the first two - which is saying something! It's refreshing to read a nice, interesting, suspenseful story with a Christian message. Will read the rest of the series as well!

Great Book

I've listened to this book 3 times now :) it is good. And the second and third time I listened I still picked up new things.

I have totally enjoyed this series. Great writing and also great voice acting. Highly recommended!

Satisfied

I enjoyed listening, but my review is skewed by my free trial of the Romance package. I don’t think I would have purchased the title on its own. The narrator did a good job differentiating between characters, but there were some mispronounced words that threw off the flow of listening. Overall, I enjoyed this story and the Alaskan Courage series. It challenged my geographic grasp of the world, forgetting what a small world it is and how close we are to our international neighbors.

Excellent suspense

This Christian romantic suspense series has turned into a very thrilling, spine tingling story. The characters are wonderful, the religious message is eye-opening.

Love this series

This author is a favorite. Her ability to weave incidents into each other, develop each character's own story, and the ability to grip one's interest is very skillful! The narrator does a great job. My only complaint is the amount of time that passes from the end of one chapter to the beginning of the next. I literally went to check if the audible book had turned off! i found this very frustrating. Otherwise...a great experience!

Better, if you read the series

I enjoyed the story, but I think I would have like a better head I read the previous books in the series. And reading this aa a standalone. I felt like I missed quite a bit.

Maybe more for teens?

I wanted to like these books, I really did. I read all 5 because I’m NOT a quitter, but it was a bit painful at times. I’ve been reading the likes of Lynette Eason & Dee Henderson for years, so perhaps that’s what I was expecting?

I’m not old, only in my 30’s, but I honestly felt like I was listening to teenagers. I have one so they’re somewhat relatable, but that doesn’t mean that I want to listen to teen romances. Not my thing.

I haven’t “read” the books, only listened, which makes me wonder if it’s the narrator making them sound more juvenile or the fact that the content is just too immature to be considered “adult.”
I do appreciate the fact that they’re clean, so there’s that. 🤷🏼‍♀️👍🏻
