This had a good beginning...
I really like how this book started out. It had a good take on an alien invasion and I thought it would get better. It had some things that to me were a little far fetched, I know it is science fiction and I can look past that. It is just, that, after so many it kinda adds up. I will listen to the next book however because it wasn't so bad that I didn't like the characters even if I had issues with some of it being a bit far fetched.

good old fashioned sci fi
a little simple at times but that's a good thing. it gets you into the fun and action without thirty hours of background about how the science works, interesting species and fun interactions make it an A+

Excelente world building.
Like the concept and the world exceptional structure and like the MMORPG style. If you like this type of storytelling get all te books. I hope we get the 4 book soon.

Loved it
One of the best books I have listened to out of the last 25. I like the focus on the main character and the development of the others. Though some of the charter’s “thoughts” seemed to me to be out of line with how the characters operated up to that point
