Farah is a wood elf who is undercover to try to find her missing sister. When a Rohan, a human, kidnaps her from the compound to help him find his sister, she is reluctant. First thing I want to say is Dain is quickly becoming in this series what Ballydan was to me in the Reapers/Skye Druids/ Dragon Kings series. Every time he comes around I just want his book more and more. I did really like Farah and Rohan and the relationship they build. I am excited to see what comes next.

Dane! Oh My Goodness!

I realize this book wasn’t actually about Dane but he is my series crush okay? Anyway, Donna has done it again. I was engrossed from the beginning with the characters, the storyline and all of the action. The sisterly reunion came from left field and I had to rewind and listen again because that was a masterful move and I was blown away! Rohan was delicious and I look forward to seeing him and Farrah in supporting roles in the next book. Great narration to an awesome book!
