Awesome story of 2 of my favorite marvel characters

excellent story with unique elements and engaging narration. super fun to listen to and kept me wanting more the whole time. Just want to point out the editing in chapter 12,from minutes 12 -15, some retakes of lines got left in.

African Goddess Origin Story, Yes Please

I’m not a comic book person, but love a good superhero movie and origin story. Unfortunately Storm was not a character that was introduced in the Marvel universe on film so I didn’t know much about her character or ties to T’Challa, future king of Wakanda.

I really enjoyed the story and hope it’s the beginning of a series because she’s just learning to accept herself and power. I listened to the audio and Joniece Abbott-Pratt is a great narrator who always brings a character and book to life.
