Must have for all Texaphiles!
Strong gives us bite sized history that is a must for anyone who loves Texas. Artfully read and written, it left me wanting more.The stories are both clever and witty, woven together to paint a wonderful picture of both past and present Texas. No matter if you're a native Texan or have been Texafied, this book will offer you some new perspective on the Great Republic of Texas.

Great Like Texas!
This is a must read for all Texans and for those who have an interest in this great state! There are so many things that I have taken for granted being a Texan, born and raised. I love that this book explains the “Texan talk” that I grew up with and still use today. It has incredibly interesting stories about all sorts of facts and maybe a few fables from Texas. It is a wonderful book to read but the Audible version, narrated by the author, W. F. Strong, takes on a life of its own! His deep, melodious voice captures you and brings the stories to life so that you can’t stop listening!
Thank you, W.F. Strong for this beautiful book. It is a gift for all who read it and absolutely captivating for those who listen to you read it!
