This book was a wake-up call in the best way possible. It didn’t just point out toxic habits—it made me think deeply about why I do those things in the first place. The advice is practical, the exercises are insightful, and the approach is compassionate rather than judgmental. The narration was excellent—clear, engaging, and easy to follow, making the content even more impactful. This book helped me cope with my own toxiity

yo, lemme tell u bout this audiobook real quick. "Stop Toxic Behavior" be talkin’ all bout how peeps be actin’ mad toxic n’ how to stop allat. Fr, I be hearin’ this joint while eatin’ my fruit snacks n’ it got me thinkin’ like 🤯.

So like, the narrator? Bro sound smart af, but not like one of them boring teachers. He be tellin’ it straight—like, why ppl be actin’ fake, doin’ too much, n’ always tryna gaslight n’ manipulate. But fr, he also be givin’ tips on how to NOT be one of them toxic ppl. Like, self-check urself before u wreck urself, y’know?

One part that had me like "oh snap" was when he talk bout boundaries. Cuz ppl be walkin’ all over u if u let em, no cap. He say like, "set limits, say nah, and keep it pushin’." And I was like, bet. Ima do that.

Now, not gon lie, some parts had big words n’ I was like bruh… chill. But most of it? STRAIGHT FACTS. If u got toxic ppl in ya life, or maybe u the toxic one 👀 this book finna help.

Final thoughts? 10/10, recommend. Put this on while u play Fortnite or sum n’ level up ur brain. 🚀🔥

Very Insightful

This audiobook is narrated really well and good to listen to. It has got me reflecting on myself and more aware I think now of ensuring that I am doing myself justice in my behaviours. It has also given me plenty to look out for and be aware of in terms of shielding from narcissistic behaviours in others. I feel I've gained in awareness and confidence to call others out in moments if neccessary for the best of all.

Lots of great ideas

I think any time you spend thinking about the way you operate in the wild is time well spent. This book really made me examine how I behave. I’m going to revisit these comments a lot. Excellent narrator too.

A Powerful Tool for Healing and Growth!

I listened to this audiobook with my wife, and it really made me think. At first, I picked it up to understand how to deal with toxic people, but I quickly realized it also challenged me to reflect on my own behaviors. The book doesn’t just call out manipulation and negativity it gives practical advice on how to break unhealthy patterns and build better relationships. The narration was easy to follow, and I actually found myself taking notes.
