Such an amazing guidebook for people

If you're a seeker of understanding and peace of might mind, i like to recommend this audiobook. If you simply wish to be mystified or intellectually stimulated, you'll be disappointed. Stoicism because it is presented during this format isn't meant to be entertaining or clever, neither is it meant to impress anyone. These are valuable lessons for patient listeners.

Everything written in this book makes sense

A must listen!

There was such a lot info packed into this quick read. Theory, practice & guidance. Perfect for a noob Stoic like myself. the simplest section on behalf of me was the 'hands-on' section, titled "Preparing Practices". this is often where you learn the steps, ideas and practices wont to achieve to your transformation. These are basically short exercises or lines of thought which will help to start to steer you along your way.

It was worth listen

Depending upon your aim, after completing the book you will have either a brief overview and solid understanding of stoicism, or a solid foundation upon which to further pursue the work of a stoic. Either way, it’s worth the small amount of time and effort required to listen this book.

Very insightful!

Nice book for beginners like me. At first, i used to be disappointing that it had been n't Matt who was narrating it on the other hand I appropriate that it was done by professional because the pronunciation is so clear that I can even do the dishes while taking note of it.As for the book itself, I'm gonna hear it again directly after finishing it. And now I also need a paper version to place some bookmarks, underline some text, etc.

This book is very inspiring and informative

Very helpful book. It breaks down the Philosophy of Stoicism beautifully into easy to digest but comprehensive pieces. It also provides wonderful incite and ways to practice what you learn.
