The baby-led weaning is an effective approach
I never thought about how I could improve the baby-led weaning method. It is changing my point of view now. It has very helpful and organized content. It's easy to follow the ingredients with the notes and images that the PDF doc provides. This book is time-saving now for me with less stress. It is a pleasure to listen to the narrator, who doesn't sound robotic. With the baby-led method, kids learn to eat when they’re hungry and stop when they’re full. The author provides so many detailed ideas on how to teach babies what and how to eat by following recommendations that bring healthy diet lifestyle and self-esteem for your baby and how you can make the eating process more fun. The author also explains how to eliminate some common rules when feeding your child in order to improve health outcomes.

Great for New Parents Especially New Dads
If you're a new Dad (or Mom) and have no clue what you're doing when feeding your baby then you need to listen to this book as well as download the attached PDF. This will tell you what you need to know when deciding how and what to feed your child. The attached PDF is straight and to the point on what types of food to feed your child (and when) as well as provided some useful links to choking and CPR resources. Well worth the listen!

Perfect Parent Resource!
This book could not have come at a more ideal time for me and my family. With a five-month-old daughter, we are beginning to start feeding her baby food. I loved the resources and detail that this book provides on how to spoon-feed your child and the different methods that come with it. I love the section on how you can transform any family meal into a meal that your baby can eat as well. Great book!

A must-have for all parents weaning their children
I am extremely mindful of how I'm going to feed my kids due to an eating disorder I developed during my up-bringing. We've been using the techniques outlined in this book with my 1 1/2 year old niece and I know we're on right track after using the methods in this book! Definitely a must-read for any new parents.
