I highly recommend these books by Donna Grant! The Dark Warriors, Dark Kings, and Reapers are all great series.

He is a protector and she has aided the enemy

This book was originally read as apart of the Audible Escape package, then later purchased as a Kindle eBook to read at my own Leisure. Soul Scorched #6 in the Dark King series; which is a part of the greater Dark World. Characters from previous books appear and longer subplots are beginning to form.

Warrick with his powers of Protection must, protect and save a fortune-telling Druid from the Isle of Sky who has given aid to the Enemy. She is being attacked from all sides, his enemies and his friends…who can she trust.

As with all Donna Grant books in the Dark World series once you get in… it is hard to get out.

Love those Kings

on story, this one dragged a little. Had a lot of new dragon's I'll see if I can keep them straight in next one

romancing the ears

I love to hear a good burr. Using it to present an action packed, hot as Sol, dragon romance gets me hook, line and sinker.

good story

I like steamy romance but not without a good story to back it up. this book did not disappoint.

Great Great Great

Donna Grant never lets us fans down. She brings us into her world of the dragon kings eith her words. I cried and cheered and laughed. It is always depressing when the books end. I want more.

Donna Grant is one of my favorite writers!

Not only is this series one of my favorites, but with my time being so monopolized these days I haven't been able to read. I don't miss a thing with my audio now. I listen to her stories on my way to work and home. This is actually a great form of meditation for me.
Antony Ferguson is astounding. He narrates better than any other. Donna writes with an Irish, English, and Texan accent. She also writes in Scottish brogue. I'll be doggone if Antony doesn't do each to perfection. He has brought her writing to life! Well done!

just destroy the weapon!

okay if you have a weapon that can destroy all dragon Kings why don't you just destroy the weapon why protect it?I guess that makes for really short romance novels? maybe? I'm not through the series and maybe Grant has a different results than my hypothesis . we will see.

Great Series

The Dragon King series is a most enjoyable series. well written and Anthony Ferguson does an fantastic job as narrator

I like this book!

I like this book specially Warrick. I really like him. He is a nice guy and try to understand Humans. He did everything for Darcy. I liked Darcy at first. she is a sassy women, but after I just did not like her anymore 😕. she is just stupid 🙄. I know she is trying to understand Ulrik, but they told her multiple times he is evil 😈, but she still did not believe the dragon kings or Warrick. I just find it fair that she lost her magic. That's the result of her stupidity 🙄. Well, now she will have to learn to leave without her magic and being a normal girl. Amazing book!
