Amplify any experience
Honestly, after turning this audiobook on a few times, I feel like it can be beneficial for whatever your own personal goals are at the time. Yes, if you want to relax it is amazing for that, but it can also be a nice background noise for making yourself way more productive during house chores and even as an exercise aid during stretching or a light workout. I strongly recommend for anyone who has trouble focusing to give this book a try.

Perfect for relaxation!
I love singing bowls, and I used to search for videos on YouTube, but the ads would disrupt the whole meditative experience. This audiobook is perfect because it offers over 10 hours of uninterrupted bliss. It features soothing sounds of water and music alongside the singing bowls. As a massage therapist, I play this in the background and it enhances the therapeutic experience.
