Bypassing the human condition

There are myriad approaches to tackling the ever daunting and seemingly unshakable anxiety and depression that we all face at some time or another due to the chronic human condition of being caught in web after web of illusion (usually something along the lines of not being worthy or good enough). However, it is true that these seemingly insurmountable emotions can actually be not only dealt with, but in certain individuals that take a particular path, can be bypassed altogether. And the path I am referring to is Buddhism and its undeniable wisdom and teachings. The author navigates ancient wisdom with a kind of gentle and passionate timelessness that is appropriate for delivering such teachings and encourages listeners to adopt a balanced, mindful way to live, specific practices such as chants (or mantras), and a sense of inner strength that is not accessed through willpower, but by seeing through the myriad illusions that the human race has been caught up in for time immemorial. A great addition to any spiritual practitioner’s library or of those simply looking to view life from a more truthful perspective.
