A must read for Smut Readers
There are two types of smut readers, those who are all about the smut and those who are all about the romance. I fall into the later group.
If you are a smut reader, this book will definitely keep you salivating. The author let up on the heat, as she introduces new plots and new stories within the book. For smut readers, this is a 5 out of 5.
For lovers of romance, we might look a little more deeply into the characters in the book? Do we sense their vulnerability? Can we understand their story? Are we able to empathize? Unfortunately, the male lead read like a raging pen.., he was like me alpha, you woman...couldn't read him. For romantics, this is a 3/5 story.
In all, I give it a 4/5.

What you didn’t know you needed
This novel is the first fantasy I’ve ever read. It was good and keeps your attention from beginning to end. I’m excited to read more in this genre and by this author. Well done! The storyline is there, character development, and imagination. The narrator was wonderful, a great storyteller that made the book come alive. I recommend! This book really open me to reading more genres.

Loved it!
I'm new to this kind of genre. I generally read romance. But I love this kind of supernatural smut/romance book. Once I got over the male voice, which might be a me thing because I generally prefer female voices on these kinds of books, I realized the narrator was perfect for this story.
The story was fast paced, with lots of unseen twists and turns, and a high heat factor on the smut scale! Great book for this genre. The author also set up the story line great to continue with a 2nd book in the serious if she feels to. If she does, I'll be looking forward to listening to that one as well.
