Love the MMCs so far!

Loved how both MMC‘s were introduced in the book. So far, the FMC is a kick ass Hunter. Trying to find the killer of her best friend leads to something even bigger. Can’t wait to find out what happens in the next book.

loved the story and female voice. the male voice did not work for me. i enjoyed the story line and caracters.

Love a shifter book

Loved the book, the voices not so much. Maybe I’m just used to the few voices I have listened to though.

great steamy story!

The story is amazing and the characters all have alluring personality! My only thing is the male narrator is way too monoton and doesn't seem to have any emotion or passion. It always made me anticipate the female narrators returning and dread the males.

Good as a part 1 not a freestanding book

The concept and story were cute but definitely need to be prepared to read all 3 books because the story is not at all freestanding. I got as a free read and am not sure I'd pay full price knowing this. A bit of spice that grows with each following book and some unusual concepts that make it a good listen.

Super boring and bad narration

no offense to the author but just save yourself the credit. the story was boring and the narrators were meh. the female narrator didn't go with the character, and the male narrator was just bad. There was no character development, no world building, or emotional ties to the characters, nothing. the whole thing was badly done.
I'm an audiobook fanatic with close to 450 books and close to 300 have been read. mostly paranormal romance. so I rarely take the time to leave reviews unless the book was really good or bad, and this book feel I to thr latter category. if you want a good paranormal/shifter romance, get anything by Suzanne Wright or Jeanine Frost.

First of all the narrator SUCKS! BOTH of them! Neither one of them sound sexy like they are supposed to!! The female narrator's voice is whiny, childish, petulant, and she doesn't know how to use any inflection, proper tone- BASICALLY she doesn't know how to voice act!!.... She's HORRIBLE at doing male voices and he's HORRIBLE at doing female voices!!! This is the WORST narrating duo I've EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE of listening to in a very long time!!

........The FMC is TOO FUCKING STUPID TOLIVE! let's set aside the fact that she's such a fucking cliche. A female bounty hunter that is only half as powerful- a lot of times even less than half as powerful- as the counterparts that she takes down! (yeah, ok) the author has written her up as this supposed No Nonsense, independent, tough woman!!! In reality she's a FUCKING IDIOT who's too stupid to live who doesn't know when to fall back, who doesn't know how to save dumbass questions until after the bad guy stopped chasing her! She doesn't know how to accept help gratefully, she even lies to herself about what she's capable of and what her motivations are! This story is flat the characters are flat one-dimensional forgettable and unlikable characters! This is so poorly written it almost reads like a freshman in high school's essay, that they FAILED SPECTACULARLY! It's a waste of time reading it even if it's free! I am so tired of authors who can't make us strong independent smart funny kind female that can be relatable and kick ass at the same time! Instead of a headstrong idiot who loses her mind when she gets a couple of kisses from a hot guy!

The story isn’t bad. I like the premise and am interested in the outcome. I think the real downfall is the narrators. The female narrator isn’t great but male narrator is not good at all. Voice doesn’t fit the character and tone, inflection, etc are all lacking. Spice is ok. Not amazing but there’s some there. I’m going to go find the next one because I’m interested enough that I want to know what comes next.
