One of the better tellings

This is SO much better than other audio versions I’ve listened to. Especially the awful play version performed by Sir Ralph Richardson and Sir Ian Gielgud , also available on Audible. This reading of the actual story as written by Arthur Conan Doyle is wonderfully done - it doesn’t need an inferior version adapted into a ‘play’ that leaves out so much.

Classic Sherlock Holmes

A mystery about a hat, a man and Christmas goose with secrets. This story was easy to follow along as homes and Watson unraveled the case. Slightly surprising ending.

Always an adventure

Always enjoy being taken away to England by way of a good mystery solved by our ever fabulous team of Holmes and Watson.
One without the other will never do.

Severely entertaining!

A good short story for a fun time! The Sherlock cases are always lovely to indulge, and this one was no different.

Definitely reccomend!

Good Story

Good Story with diverse characters and a proper flow of ideas and incidents. It is also short which I like very much.

A Clearly Told Classic

Not one of the best or worst Sherlock Holmes adventures, Yet I can't help but smile every time I return to it. This isn't my favorite reading, and I sometimes struggle to distinguish between the characters. But it's otherwise well read and enjoyable.
