With only a worn document in hand and the Spear of Destiny strapped to her thigh, Seraphina de Mobray, the new Protector of the Spear, must convince the king that her friends are innocent of treason and witchcraft. Narration difficult to listen to
The pace and inflection of the story telling was difficult to listen to. I sped up the narration and it was a little better but still hard to not focus on weird inflections. Love the story series so am disappointed that I couldn’t continue to listen.
