The narrator voice sounds very professional
I know i've had some difficult childhood past experiences. And there's sometimes i can't recall everything that happened. The audiobook covers these moments and includes information for others who had violence, painful experiences and different types of trauma. I loved the area on emotional triggers, I've had moments from car accidents and certain things cause moments to arise. But learning these practical exercises to concentrate on the moment while noticing our vulnerabilities will give us new patience to handle the encounter. The chapter on rewiring our beliefs allows you to interpret the world that its not always a negative experience, they are just a thought and obviously not a definite trend. We can learn to uplift ourselves with new thoughts toward our real potential. The author sure knows how to empower you to get past of old, lost moments and become more effective.

Finally heal your inner child!
Empower Your True Self, Heal Your Inner Child tells you how to find your trauma triggers and effectively deal with them. There are many different kinds of therapy's available because everyone's trauma trigger is different and needs personalized therapy. The most common ones are cognitive, children's play, narrative, mindfulness, and expressive like dance or music therapy. Patience is needed to effectively deal with your own self development. Hobbies are an example of healthy coping mechanisms as opposed to avoidance which is considered a negative coping mechanism because it only delays the actual process of dealing with your inner child issues and does not work.

Best book on self-help
I have read so many books on self-help and relationships, but this book has amazed me. I have learnt so much from this book on how I can work on myself, my attitude and my way of thinking so that I get better health and become stronger physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually. The way book explains with child like interpretations is very effective. I like the narration too, loved the book, really awesome!!
