It is outstanding book.
This is a great introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Looks good so far and lots of info. I tend to put books down that don't grab my interest right away but I will read this one. Recommend this book . This is so great book and I so love how it was written. Too simple however it gives us a great understanding. This is a really good book

Great update to a great book!!
This did a beautiful job of giving me enough depth so I could study and tweak his code. If you plan on being the lead visualization developer on a website you would need to supplement this but overall this is a superb introduction.I love the way that Scott teaches through examples (which are built upon as you move through the book.

A good start to a successful life!!!
The visualization techniques taught in this book seems basic but when you pactice, it doesn't feel so easy. The techniques are quite effective. As the author breaks it all down it becomes much clearer, giving readers a better understanding of what needs to be done and how using the powers of visualisation can really make a difference in your life.
