Great Companion Book for Self Esteem!!

This is a helpful book, especially when working with clients that don't want to read through pages and pages of information. The exercises are great for working together with my clients in a session or for them to do on their own. I love this book!!

A great personal, teaching and counseling tool

I am enjoying this book...it really hits home and has easy to follow exercises that stay with you.This guide book is extremely well written. It has made a huge difference in my life. Game Changer!!!!!!

This book is wonderful for self-reflection and building a love for yourself when it was a hard thing to do.It's an easy read and has very useful information and exercises.The information helps, the thing is, we have to commit ourselves to the process of it all... if you want to change, then yes, this is recommended.

Excellent self help book!!

This book has had a tremendously positive effect on me. It is important to complete the exercises in a substantial manner, take the time to write your answers in a notebook. I had quite a few epiphanies, and find myself much happier for reading this book.

This fabulous book consisted on the admiring information of cognitive behavioral therapy. You will learn form this book how to reprogram your brain to overcome mental sufferings,and other situational exercises.This book is a decent book.
