I enjoyed this book because it helped me to put things into perspective. it's good to hear what you already know as a reminder of what you should do. As I have gotten older, I have lost will power and self control which in return makes you loose conference in yourself. I find this book very helpful and very informative.As a little girl attending my low classes, my teacher kept reminding us about self discipline.This sounded normal because it was repeated every day during assemblies.As i grew up, i appreciated it because i was able to achieve all i wished when i exercised self discipline.Even the businesses that i do, self discipline the normally key to my success.I will surely recommend it...

Making a change for good is mainly for beginners learning its self discovery. This audio talks about creative ways to grow as a person and ways to eliminate social conditioning.
