Such a great story

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Twists and turns coupled with great characters that grew as the pages turned. So often authors spend pages and pages talking about nothing that it frustrates. Not in this one. There was description and detail without wasted time. Just really well done.

D. L. Wood has perfected her writing style! She’ll be on the best seller list soon!

Storyline held my attention

l loved everything about the book, including the twists and switchbacks throughout and the narration. Superb!

I found this book to be highly entertaining, with a mystery that was expertly woven with unexpected twists. The challenge of predicting the plot's progression was a significant part of the book's allure. D.L. Woods' works are consistently enjoyable.

unexpected

I'm not usually one for mysteries, but this book was selected for our January Book Club pick. Although it was shorter than most books I read, and a different genre, I really enjoyed this book. Although I pegged the killer pretty early on, the book had me second guessing myself throughout and had plenty of twists to throw me off. I found the main character enjoyable and the story telling concise. I just might find myself reading more mysteries after this. My only complaint is that it did get a little religious at a few points, but it wasn't over bearing.

What an unexpected ending

Awesome story, totally unexpected twists and turns, and great to listen to Christian stories with no blasphemy or swearing. Will definitely get next story

I give it about 2 1/2 stars. Was disappointed with the story line. Sorry about that.
