Determined to figure out how to match marketing messages to people’s personality types to ensure that every piece of communication spoke specifically to the intended recipient to maximize impact and conversion, he was led to Dr. Tony Alessandra, one of America’s foremost experts in applied human behavior. They began to look for ways of combining the new technology with Alessandra’s proven psychology. We waste so much effort (and so much money!) by failing to find out who our customers are and what they really want, says Scott Zimmerman - and he's about to put an end to that for us.
