What made the experience of listening to Saving the Sheikh the most enjoyable?
It was everything I have learned to expect from Ruth Cardello, and I love her Legacy Collection. The way the sheikh "kidnapped" Zhang and made her fantasy come true was so romantic. All of the conflict was just an added bonus, so we could watch the couple fall in love. There was humor and danger. And of course, there was the added erotic notes throughout.What was one of the most memorable moments of Saving the Sheikh?
I love when they did the role playing on the tarmac, and he picked her up and threw her over his shoulder.Have you listened to any of Kim Bubbs’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
No. I thought her vocal inflections were quite good. Even when she did the voices for the males, I could tell them apart.Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Definitely.It was fun and spontaneous, exciting and romantic.
