For my naughty listeners, this book is a medium burn that’s worth the wait…and you better be ready, because once they get started, things really get spicy! Journee's vampire mate falls in love with her the moment he meets her and will do anything to protect what is his.

Intriguing

Yummy goodness and intrigue come to mind when thinking of how to sum up this book! I can’t wait to devour the second one! This author(s) are a Instant download, this is no different. I love the internal dialog of both the bad and good. On to the next!!

Great beginning of a hot vampire series

A great vampire series starter with plot twists that pull you into wanting book 2 asap! A chance meeting with the vampire prince while fleeing a stalker finds more than just the help the FMC is seeking. Sparks fly, enemies plot and a cliff hanger ending. What more can you ask for in a series beginning? The narrators did a great job bringing the characters to life. Enjoy!

Mix of tales!

Loved how it felt like ACOTAR and Twilight and so many other books intertwined to tell this amazing story! The cliffhanger was shocking! Excited to read the next book!

Legit FANTASTIC

I rarely write reviews, but this was so good I HAD to scream my praises! This book is just so much fun! The story kept me riveted start to finish. The FMC is easily one of my favorites. I will say that if stalking is a trigger skip this one. I read a ridiculous amount of PNR, and unfortunately it’s few and far between that a book can make me turn off my phone and become so invested I listen without interruption straight through. If you are a PNR fan and are looking for something different totally worth the credit! Absolutely a hidden gem!

I love this author. I love this series so far going to listen to the next book. And YES THANK YOU FOR NOT USING VIRTUAL VOICE. Narrators were awesome

Holy banana balls.

This is hottt, funny and so gripping! Super suspenseful and great story line. I’m a huge fan of Sedona’s way of building new and different shifter worlds and dynamics. I cannot wait to start the next book!!

Amazing!

I loved Darci's book when I read it but Meg and Oliver bring it to life in such an amazing way! Can't wait to listen to book 2!

Ugh couldn’t finish not worth it

Holy smokes I thought I could get through this but boy was I wrong. I tried too I really really did because in the beginning I laughed out loud twice from it actually. It seemed like it would be a good story from the description too and I was ready for some vampire romance! The problem is it’s so cringy! The characters are either predictable or just don’t make sense when it comes to decisions. (The main girl especially is so wishy washy with her feelings and stupid with her decisions.) Example: she knows a psychopath stalker with a knife is after her yet she wants to be alone in her apartment and sends the body guard away. She was literally just saying she hadn’t slept in months because she was so scared. Great idea and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. I’m a huge vampire lover but this just isn’t worth it. I ended up stopping reading when I realized nothing the author did would make it better at that point. Thankfully got my credit back so thanks audible! Oh and before I finish this I would like to say that the voice actors were absolutely wonderful and did a great job so I’d totally listen to them if they preform in other books for sure. The female voice is top notch acting and I’ll look into her again she was very pleasant to listen to but still had some sexy sass! The males voice was great too and he did great changing it up when it came to his transformation scenes. But like I said before terrible sorry don’t waste your time or money like I did :(
