Soooo well written

A really good book - all along you think you know who it might be, then you are almost convinced but can't believe it to be true, then it twists!

Started off slow, but I promise keep listening!!! Nora Roberts steals my heart again.... she has been my favorite for years and did not disappoint with this book!!!!! Loved everything!!

Sanctuary

Good mystery, but too much sex for me in a mystery. Mysteries don't have to be sexless, but this was over the top IMHO. It is an old Nora Robert's book, before cellphones and lots of smoking 🚬 by the main character.
A runaway mother; 3 young children and a husband all devastated by her disappearance. An 🏝 island off the coast of Georgia called Desire that is owned by the family with a hotel run by the family.

Nora Roberts at her best

I loved this book. I was never exactly sure how it was going to turn out and it continued to keep me wanting for more. I am sad that it is done. I need to find another Nora Roberts soon...

Nora Roberts usual great story.

Nora Roberts usual great story line. the book held your attention and the characters wete likeable. Narration was good. you could tell which person was speaking.

Could not put it down

Another good one by Nora Roberts, Keep's your interest till the very end. I would recommend it to my friend's.

Raging hormones. Major sex story, minor mystery

Every chapter has someone groping and sexing. The murder mystery was a minor side story to all the breast clutching.

Kept me on the end of my seat through the whole book with anticipation. Great read.

Great Story

The story described family and coming to the psychology of the evils of an adults affect their children. Perfect story, it took me a bit longer to figure out who was the killer.

Interesting once you get into it.

I enjoyed the story line once it got going. For the first several chapters I wondered if I had made a mistake purchasing this book. I thought the narration was good capturing different voices so it was easy to distinguish which character was speaking. The plot line had a nice twist to it.
