Sammy is a curious bunny. He and his friend Hannah the squirrel went to the park one sunny day. While at the park, Sammy comes across an object he has never seen before, and is curious as to what it is.

Hannah knows what it is, and tell Sammy her mother told her it can be dangerous. Sammy doesn't listen to Hannah and reaches for the object. What do you think will happen when Sammy holds the curious object? Tune in to find out what happens next!

A Great Children's Story with Message for Us All

I just listened to Sammy's Curious Adventure, and I have to say that I think this is a great story--not just for kids, but it actually has a deeper message for us all! As we go through life and get tempted by things that might not be good for us, we eventually learn that "all that glitters is not gold," and in Sammy's case it was playing with a lighter.
A beautiful lesson that we all need to learn, and it's usually only through the experience of pain that we learn from our mistakes.
I also love how Sammy wants the comfort of his mom when he gets hurt. He goes to her and confesses what happened--which is really a great picture of us going to our Heavenly Father when we get hurt, or get into trouble, and how He forgives us, comforts us, and shows His mercy and unconditional love to us. A great children's story, and I highly recommend!
