Information provided was excellent

Very good book. Focuses on a lot of different things including mental focus. Well worth the read or listen.

Easy listening and Hard at the same time

Like the title said, I found the information very good and potentially can be excellent to try and follow. I think the material is great and can be even better, if the Audio book comes with a PDF with all the images which are being discusses. I tried to follow an imagine the images (figures) discussed and I couldn’t make sense of it.

Though I did enjoy it and hopefully next release will get the PDF with the data.

Good basic information

Even though it is not super important, audiobook lacks the pdf for visual examples, graphs... The synthesized voice naration is not the best choice to use..., but I had no issue understanding it. For basic information it is fine, with also some good extras, but nothing you could not find online. I still believe it is worth a listen as it is short.

poor frustrating packaging makes it almost useless

no PDF like almost every other audiobook & narrator keeps referring to charts that aren't there... near the very end referring You to some website that maybe has reference charts?
