Great story with fun twists.

I really liked this story. I actually really enjoy all of this authors works. Excited to dive into her next story.

I enjoyed the setting and the scary basement! I just, all the way around, enjoyed story.

Ok listen

I did not like the narrator and the depth of medical terminology. I get that Nya was a med student but most of us readers aren’t and details like the different layers of skin like subcutaneous fat were more than needed for the average listener. I didn’t like the pronunciations for the Spanish words, it sounded forced. The overall story was ok, nothing caught me by surprise.

Great suspenseful story

This is the second book we’ve listened to and both books kept us on the edge of our seat just waiting for the next thing to happen. Very well written with a great storyline.

I absolutely love this narrator AND this author! Started a little slow but I enjoyed the mystery and suspense. I loved the twist, what great way to tell a story that many true crimes could be based from. Cant wait to enjoy the next read from this author!

True thriller!

Keeps you interested from start to finish Great read with lots of twists! Definitely a must read!

Very slow.

If you love, mystery or thriller novels, and read at least five a year you will find this book to be very boring. The plot is very obvious from the very beginning. As your reading, you will find it is overly detailed. I do not need three chapters talking about how sick you felt. I feel like most of the details were fillers to try and make the book longer. I guess this book is ok for someone young or a beginner. But if you read a lot or read thrillers a lot, you will be able to figure this book out very quickly.
