Would you listen to Robert B. Parker's The Devil Wins again? Why?
Yes. The story was well-written and kept my attention throughout.
Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?
The plot was excellent. I liked the way he wove the past murders with the present killings.
What does James Naughton bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
James Naughton is exactly how I picture Jesse Stone - he does the other voices very well too.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes, and I did.

One of the things we all like about Robert Parker and his follow up writers is the interesting predictability. We know the bad guys will get caught and that between the beginning and end we will not know for sure how. We miss Robert B. Parker like crazy but thanks for keeping him alive. Love Jesse Stone and his employees/town characters in Paradise.. Oh, and then there is Dicks and Healey. Good men and women all.
