Post Romantic view

This is my second time through this book and I feel like I still have so much to learn from it. This isn’t a normal self-help book, it’s more psychology made into simple language.

these people are marvelous and their work has really helped me heal. ESPECIALLY after the pandemic. thank you for being such wonderful love gurus :)

Are straight people okay?

Excellent narration, just like the YouTube channel.
The content is a bit basic for people who communicate proactively in relationships and generally work to be the best possible partner (a la my partner and I). But there are some good points about contrasting views and reasonable expectations that I found helpful.

narrator wasn't good

for a not native English speaker it was difficult to understand because of British English narrator.

Eloquently pits to words the thoughts and feelings I have

In a dark point in my marriage and listened to this (4-5 times honestly) and so much of it made sense to me, and helped me better understand myself, my wife and more importantly what I want and should strive for in a relationship.

very deep and meaningful.

i will need to relisten to it more than once to understand the deepness.

Become a serial single person doing all suggestions here

Mixed really good ideas and observations: ie we are all a bit crazy, sometimes people get emotional and need to be soothed
With really bad ones: just lie to your partner, it’s a demonstration of love to breakup so that your loved ones don’t have to live with you and all your imperfections … Maybe you just aren’t made for long term, it’s not a fault in your approach and attitude.

lots of would be scenarios that can create triggers. based on negative and toxic relationships. I had to stop because I couldn't relate. sorry, Good vibes only for me
