Think of vibration as being the manifestation of frequency. And the higher the vibration, the more spiritual the frequency. The lower the vibration, the more material the frequency. Negative past-life karma was created in a field of relatively low vibration material reality. In material reality, everything is subject to the mechanism of cause and effect. On the human level, we say what goes around, comes around. Put out bad, attract bad back. Put out good, attract good back. But cause and effect only operates in a certain limited band of vibration or frequency. And what is done in that band of vibration or frequency always elicits a response. Thus, what goes around comes around. And cause and effect is an open ended, never-ending process. Each cause causes an effect, and each effect then becomes a new cause that will have an effect. It’s like a perpetual motion machine of activity.

And that’s why there can never be an end to cause and effect within the band of vibration or frequency in which it was created. The solution to the problem is to raise your vibration and frequency high enough that it will naturally as a matter of energy dynamics raise the human being you know yourself to be above and beyond the reach of your negative past-life karma.
