I would listen to this again and again

I had already read this story once but could not pass up the opportunity for a listen as well. I was not disappointed, I was honestly blown away by the story in a whole new way, You can really feel the emotion of the characters, the ache they have in their souls for each other and the pain that ricochets through River to all of her men.
I thought I was prepared, I was not. This was a freaking fantastic read.

will the 4th book be coming to audible?

this whole series has had me up, down, sad, happy, and just overall taken in. please say the 4th book is coming to audible!! Eva Ashwood you are a complete genius in your story telling. the narration was top notch too. a must read!!

Must Listen!

This is the 3rd book in the Kings of Chaos series and Eva does it again! The narrators know how to deliver an amazing performance and omg that cliffhanger!! 🫣 Can’t wait to listen to the last book in the series ❤️

OMG

Holy cow this series was so intense and the smut…OMG the smut was mouth watering good. I’m sad that the fourth book is not on here cause I NEED to know what happens next because of this ending! Such a good listen! Hot steamy with a lot of drama.

Great writing and narration!

I just got into this author and completely addicted! Definitely worth a listen! The plot was exciting and the characters intriguing!

The Cliffy Stings

Man, I am glad I found this series when it was released in full because the cliffy was a painful one! Enjoying the series greatly. This round was exceptionally heavy on the spice but the action and drama kept up !

OMG!! WTH!!

I didnt know what to expect or how I would feel about this series going in but OH EM GEE was it worth it! Only 2 cons for me... 1 the male narrator doing the female voice was ABSOLUTELY ANNOYING AND DUMB! LOL but gladly I was able to overlook it so by the 2nd book I barely noticed. 2, and this is just me sort of knit picking, it was some repetitive moments like phrases for example or repeating facts that have already been drilled in. But its really me just being critical. The characters are great, the story is good and the cliffhanger is a major tearjerker! I had a few moments in book 3 I wanted to just WEEP! Hope book 4 is the final book. I would recommend this audiobook, worth the credit!

Loved this book!

I love this series and how bada.. River is. I liked the dark theme of this book and was chopping at the bit to get ahold of book 3 since I read books 1 & 2. I really liked the male narrator and how different all the guys voices were. I am still on the fence with the female narrator. The female narrator made River sound too masculine many times that I had a hard time figuring out that it was the FMC POV and not the males. She made it sound so masculine that for half the book I thought this book was done completely by only a male narrator until I looked on Audible. Like River is super strong kick butt FMC so she shouldn't sound high pitched and squeaky but she should at least sound feminine.

Great story, but also a great example that…

… YES - there is such a thing as too much sex. Shocker, right? But there is a point where it becomes so gratuitous and piled on so high that what was a really great story and the characters’ credibility both begin to buckle.

There are a number of series I’ve listened to that unnecessarily amp up the volume of raunchy scenes with each installment instead of having faith in the strength of the story. This is where this series is starting to lose me. There are numerous sex scenes that could essentially be pulled out and blindly re-inserted anywhere without regard for what’s happening as they are not essential for advancing the story.

I hope the next installment doesn’t continue the trend.
