About this listen

Out of the fire and into the frying pan. Nick and his team survived an alien invasion only to find themselves staring down an alien armada of ships.

Thanks to some quick thinking by Nick they have a chance, slim though it may be. Join Nick and Neako as they venture into the world of the gods to participate in the tournament of the dead.

This is a LitRPG book with a "game system"-levels, stats, and cool abilities. No Harem and loads of fun violence.

Rebellion book 2

Overall rating 4.5 star. Story 4.1 star. I’ll be honest if I gave the first book a higher rating then I was being to generous. The first book is only below this by a point or two barely anything.
I did enjoy both books and though a little different I still coïncider these lit rpg. Especially the second book. With its unique take on its dimensional travel from a place with its own system to another with the more conventional system. Loved that. Enjoyed the story allot. The only thing is. Maybe it was my mood but I just found the main mc to be a little to dense and I realized some is meant to be his personality but there were many times I felt the author trying to squeeze some humor in there. Where I don’t think it couldn’t have been done in a way that if timed right and if the mc even if dense actually showed some growth but was just soo dumb. That said the world building is fantastically entertaining. Characters are likable even considering the pep peeve I mentioned. If you got books on your list to get that’s out prolly get those first but if your waiting then this is definitely worth filling in the slot

super good sequel

This book was a super good sequel to book one. I found it very enjoyable, the plot flowed well and the story ended nicely. It left me wanting to hear book three as soon as possible. The narration was good. Tom did a superb job with the characters. Super good book overall

awesome sequel

some great lore and background on the titan system that is a large part of Timothy's connected universe. Can't wait to jump into book 3.

Great Book

This was a great follow up to book 1. It’s a great story and the new characters are really interesting. I can’t wait for book 3!

Excellent arena battle

In this book Nick is still alive ,but he goes to the world of the dead. Where he fights in arena to gets great power or a wish from the gods Way. And he wins how he gets there is the real story. And excellent book.

Not an improvement over the last book

The book is just so Mary Sue, it's like if Rileys imaginary boyfriend from Insideout wrote a book.

Ruined

Way to ruin your series turning the main character into a complete fool, good jiob.
