Acerca de esta escucha

Chandler's dark first novel is full of endlessly inventive wordplay, with the wry, cynical, private detective Philip Marlowe. Join the investigation with Jonathan Lethem ( Gun, With Occasional Music, and Fortress of Solitude), Judith Freeman ( The Long Embrace: Raymond Chandler and The Woman He Loved), and Rich Cohen ( Sweet and Low: A Family Story) as they compare notes on Chandler's grand style, its place in the mystery canon, and its influence on their work.©2009 Symphony Space (P)2009 Symphony Space Entretenimiento y Artes Escénicas Historia y Crítica Literaria

Very insipid reviews from amateurish reviewers. I learned nothing new about Raymond Chandler. His novel, “The Big Sleep,” was only mentioned in passing. The title of this recording was very misleading and way off the standards of Audiobooks.
