Weight Loss that Makes Sense!
If you've tried every diet, every workout plan, and every "quick fix" out there, but nothing ever stuck, this might be the right option for you. Instead of another list of what to eat and what not to, this book focuses on shifting your mindset, which is exactly what I needed. The self-hypnosis and affirmations helped me break through the mental roadblocks that kept me stuck. I started feeling more in control, and making healthier choices became easier. If you’re tired of starting over and want something that actually helps you stay on track, this is worth listening to.

I was struggling with my weight and felt stuck in an endless cycle of dieting and frustration. Listening to this gave me a fresh perspective.
