Delightful story, delightful narration

The book is funny, insightful, romantic, and wonderfully told. Rachel’s strong character voice is captured well in this narration - she’s the hilarious, crazy friend whose shenanigans we all want to hear more about. Her journey to self-discovery is equal parts sweet and hilarious, and the romantic tension is pitch-perfect. You’ll root for not only Rachel and Christopher, but for her girlfriends and her family (well, SOME of her family, haha) too. Highly recommend.

Fun and poignant read

Loved getting to know Rachel Weiss, her family and friends in this fun but poignant rom com. Some of the book had me laughing out loud, while other part had me questioning what I would do if I was in the same situation. Looking forward to reading Lauren Appelbaum’s next book!

Liberal, hypocritical, far fetched

The main character is very self serving and it’s difficult to want things to work out for her.
