Every book has its objective, and the objective of the Quran is to make man aware of the creation plan of God. That is, to tell man why God created this world; what the purpose is of settling man on earth; what is required from man in his pre-death life span; and what he is going to confront after death. The purpose of the Quran is to make man aware of this reality, thus serving to guide man on his entire journey through life into the afterlife. The main themes of the Quran are enlightenment, closeness to God, peace, and spirituality. The Quran indicate the learning of lessons through reflection, thinking and contemplation on the signs of God scattered across the world. The present translation is done by the renowned scholar, peace activist, and spiritual teacher, Maulana Wahiduddin Khan.

The Qur'an is the sacred text of the Muslim religion, also known as the scripture of Muslims and therefore of those who practice Islam. It is the oldest known literary work in Arabic. Masterly delivered at an ideal speed
Something in the story teller’s voice is calming and soothing. It makes listening delightful, refreshing, and mesmerising (at times).

Excellent Reading!
The narrator did an excellent job of speaking clearly and pronouncing the words correctly. Tone and inflection was added where needed which made it non-monotone and easy to listen to. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Narration, MashaAllah
A wonderful translation and soft, but clear, narration. This incredible work of the meaning of the word of Allah is very well done. I am very particular in my translations and narrations and this one exceeds my expectations. This and the Arabic recitation of the Quran stay at the top of my Audible Library. I highly recommend this particular translation for Muslim and non-Muslim alike.

This is a wonderful recording
I am so happy to have found this recording of the Qur’an and made a point of listening to it before going to sleep at night. I wanted God’s words to be the last sound that I heard before drifting off to sleep. This is a wonderful translation and recording of the Holy Qur’an.

This recording is the best I have heard, the voice of the narrator is very clear with wonderful pronunciation an emphasis.
