Uncle Uzzi is having a Christmas Ball and Pamela is chosen to represent the pride. Pamela and Javi meet there and of course they are fated mates. Can Pamela forgive herself and move into the future with Javi? Sit back, relax and listen to this fabulous audiobook based in Maverick Point. Elle Sonali was phenomenal in her narration. Pamela’s fear, self-hatred as well as her happiness, lust and love came through clearly in her voice. Javi had a perfect accented growly voice and a sweeter voice just for Pamela. Paulie was a sweet beautiful boy who was voiced flawlessly by Elle Sonali. I highly recommend listening to this story.

Audiobook:
Elle Sonali narrates this wonderful book. She brings each character to life with her narration and her voice is very pleasant to listen to. I really enjoyed the book and audiobook.
Pamela is a tiger shifter that believes she's unworthy of love. She was used and abused in the past by a male shifter,( the father to her son,) she thought she loved. When uncle Uzzie has a Christmas ball, her nari sends her to represent their pride. There she meets Javier, a bear shifter, her fated mate. Javier is instantly smitten and will do anything to claim his mate. He doesn't care what happened in her past, he only wants to make sure her future is happy one along with her son.
I love the characters in this book series. The Maverick pride is full of sassy women and overly protective men. Uncle Uzzi is my most favorite character. He he's very blunt about steamy time and the nari is so sassy and funny. Jabier is very romantic and protective of his family. I hope to read about more fated mates in this series.

The narrator did a great job on bringing this story to life.

Uncle Uzzi is on a mission as always and this time it's his nephew Javier who wins the prize or tiger in this case haha.
A Christmas Party is the perfect place to find forever love, right?
Pamela has made a better life for her son and is grateful to her pride for all their support. She doesn't want anything long term but a fling could be nice so she takes on the task of attending the Christmas Party.
Javier may be a bear but he isn't a brute and he will do whatever it takes to win his mate. With a little holiday magic maybe the holidays won't be spent alone for these two.
This is a wonderful holiday story.
