5 STARS! Steamy & heartfelt!

Lauren Blakely scores with another MFM hockey romance winner in Puck Yes, the second book in her My Hockey Romance series. Blakely’s writing is addictive, amusing and amorous in these kinds of stories. As a long-time reader, I believe that these kinds of character-driven romances are made for Lauren’s special style of storytelling. Set against the high-adrenaline backdrop of professional hockey, Blakely takes her readers on an unputdownable journey of passion on and office the ice as these characters skate off into a complex relationship.

I listened to the audiobook, and the chemistry between Teddy Hamilton, Jacob Morgan and Samantha Brentmoor was effortlessly natural and wildly entertaining. They delivered phenomenal independent and collective performances, breathing life into the characters through my Air Pods.

The chemistry between Ivy, Stefan and Hayes was so smoking hot, it’s a miracle the ice they made their living on didn’t melt. This throuple was as in-sync with each other as the first line of championship team, but what really did it for me was how obsessed the heroes were with the heroine—I loved that for her. Their chemistry wasn’t just sexual, though. Their witty and sharp dialogue was the perfect foundation for to the snappy banter between these characters, and a genuine connection between all of them was evident in all aspects of their relationship.

Puck Yes by Lauren Blakely was a scorching-hot and heartwarming tale that had me cheering for the throuple from start to finish. The evolution of this trio’s unconventional relationship from friends with benefits to something more meaningful is expertly paced, making the emotional payoff incredibly satisfying. The workplace hockey backdrop adds an exciting and unique twist to the story, and the undeniable chemistry between the characters is absolutely scorching. Blakely’s addictive storytelling shines through as she wove this loving, lustful tale about the importance of taking chances. A passionate, clever and heartfelt sports romance with a twist, Blakely’s second MFM romance is as satisfying as the game-winning goal in the last game of the Stanley Cup finals. Fun & Hot!

Puck Yes was a fun escape from reality, low on angst and full of spice. Ivy is the new mascot of Avengers hockey team and catches the eye of not one but two of the players on the team. I loved watching the relationship between Hayes, Stefan and Ivy develop. Samantha Brentmoor, Jacob Morgan and Teddy Hamilton narrated this book in duet and they all gave incredible performances and brought these characters to life.

Triple the pleasure!!

Puck Yes is triple the enjoyment, triple the pleasure and triple the fun. Lauren Blakely brought it all with this one. Two hot hockey players and the sexy new team mascot bring pleasure to a whole new level when they find themselves a throuple!

As always, the narrators did a phenomenal job bringing this story to another level!

My Thoughts on Puck Yes

An excellent second installment in this ménage MFM hockey series my Lauren Blakely. I loved these characters from start to finish. I really appreciated how there was get to know you time before the wedding. That the three characters in the throuple weren’t just spending time together because of the rues and then started falling. And with the way the story is told you know how everyone is feeling and that helped me connect with and understanding them all so much better. It was just an overall excellent story perfectly performed by three amazing narrators and I highly recommend it.

Heck Yes

Heck yes, this was just as good as the first book in the series. Fun, flirty, and at times quite sexy, the story is entertaining. Narration is perfect.

Sweet and Steamy MFM Hockey Romance

This is the second book in the Mr Hockey Romance, a MFM Hockey Romance. Ivy, Hayes and Stefan's story is sweet, funny, steamy, and heartwarming. I liked Ivy's senior dog. Samantha Brentmoor, Jacob Morgan, and Teddy Hamilton did an excellent job bringing these characters and this story to life. Looking forward to more in the series.

Don’t wait, just get this!

Duet narration by the BEST team and a Lauren Blakely hockey story - perfection! Laugh out loud moments and the perfect contemporary romance ride. So good!! Exactly the escape from the real world I was looking for. Can’t wait for book three in the series.

If you are still unsure: low angst, no drama and there is the sweetest dog too. Enjoy Ivy and her boys!

Rich!!

Just love it from start to finish. It was hard to put down (I mean stop listening to). The play between characters was so enjoyable. Felt the emotion in this story.

Duet Narration?

while I loved the story, I was let down by the narration a bit. Each of the 3 MC have distinct narrators, but the supporting characters were narrated by the POV narrator. did not care for that.

Heartfelt, Sweet and Steamy Romance!

I absolutely loved this fake marriage, spicy, MFM hockey romance! Ivy left her job after finding out her ex is getting married to her boss. Even tho both have been cruel to her, she accepts the opportunity to cover their wedding for the fashion social media blog she is starting. She needs a plus one for the wedding and asks a hot new hockey player, Hayes, that she just met, to be her date, and he eagerly accepts. Hayes has been bouncing from team to team and is hoping the Avengers keep him, especially since the captain, Stefan, is a close friend from college. Ivy also takes a job as the Avengers mascot to help pay the bills. She has fun with her new position but would like to be in a position with both Hayes and Stefan. After a dare one night after a game in Vegas, Hayes and Ivy end up married, but they include Stephan with their wedding night fun. When the owner finds out Hayes and Ivy are married, before they can annul it, they need to keep up the pretense to keep their jobs. But what happens when the three of them want to stay together? Can they still work at doing what they love, as they fall in love and navigate the complexities of becoming a thruple? This is such a clever, heartfelt, sweet and super hot and steamy romance! I really cared for Ivy, Hayes and Stefan, cheering for their HEA. I loved how we slowly learned about, and fell for each character, as they learned about, and fell in love with each other as well. I especially love how this story takes place in an inclusive world making this romance even more beautiful.
I was fully immersed in this story due to the incredible voices of Samantha Brentmoor, Jacob Morgan, and Teddy Hamilton. The duet style narration intertwines their voices, making it feel like a movie in your ears, and making these characters and story come alive in living color. This team is so perfect together, complimenting each other, and making Puck Yes an incredible listen.
