A secret that could put her right back in prison and be deadly for Preacher and his fellow Navy SEALs. She has to find the courage to spill all her secrets…but that still might not be enough to save her.

Beautiful narration.

Maggie and “Preacher.” She’s a convicted felon. Set up by a high level naval officer no less. He’s a Navy SEAL and a virgin. Waiting for the right woman.

This is definitely a wild ride. I listened to it in one day. Another Susan Stoker gem.

One of my favorite Stoker books!

Preacher and Maggie had an instant connection. I loved how he wasn’t ashamed of being a virgin at his age and the book didn’t hyper focus on that topic but it endeared him to me because of his belief in true love. I got a kick out of his first reaction to sex! Maggie needed and craved human connection and I think that’s what instantly made me compassionate towards her. She had no one to lean on and life wouldn’t give her a break. I think that’s what made their relationship so special. There is a portion of the story involving Macguyver that pulled at my heartstrings so much I wanted to cry. I’m so looking forward to his story! I just loved this one so much! Ryan West was awesome as Preacher as was Emma wilder for Maggie.

riveting story lots of action.

great story as always. lots of love and action. this is not a story like others. this plot was exciting and original. a must read!

Great story

I devoured Protecting Maggie all in one day and it was another great story in the Seal of Protection: Alliance series by Susan Stoker. You can’t go wrong with Emma Wilder and Ryan West narrating and bringing Shawn “Preacher” and Maggie’s story to life.

Holy Cow what ride!

I really enjoy Susan's books, this is no exception. I kept thinking of the saying, you never know how strong you are until that is the only choice you have. This was a great story and I always enjoy these narrators.

Awesome addition to the collection

Great characters and suspense Susan stoker does it again! All the seal series are amazing - stand alone or a tire series they’re great!!

I love this story, lots of action and lots of emotions. This book had me laughing and crying. What is not to love hot SEAL, strong woman and hot steamy sex

Maggie and Preacher are adorable.

Maggie is a strong woman. She just needs someone to believe her. Preacher is a virgin in his 30’s. He is waiting for his perfect woman. Together they face some unbelievable obstacles which bring them to the ultimate end. Maggie finds a family that believes in her. Preacher finds his forever.

Loved it! Possibly her best book yet.

This book had everything I could want! A great couple, a villain no one believes is the villain, some of our most favorite characters name dropped throughout the book, and let's just touch on fact the virgin in the group appears to have a touch of a *kink* that I won't name unless it lay out some spoilers. 🫢

I can't wait to find out more about the 2 ladies we see in the epilogue!
