Interesting

Definitely a slow burn with the romance. However drama is there and ends with a cliffhanger

Excellent Start!!

Wow. Wow. Wow. Excellent start to the series. No true “spice” but it didn’t matter a single bit. I feel for KC so much. So much on her shoulders and everyone out to get her. Can’t wait to continue !

Loved this audiobook.

While I loved reading the ebook, the audiobook just brings it to life in a whole new way. Heather Long’s audiobooks are always amazing and KC & the guys did not disappoint. Really can’t wait until the next book comes out.

Too long and drawn out

I mean, I did read the part about it being a slow burn but I didn't realize that meant 2-3 books later...
I feel like you could have cut half of this book out and still gotten the same story. I don't need to read the same day over and over... wake up, go running, drink coffee, go to class, repeat.
So extremely repetitive with a few little issues here and there.
I also don't really understand why her 'bully' is messing with her. The girlfriend I understand, the guy is never explained. I also don't understand the draw to him...

I fully had plans on not continuing this series and leaving as a one and done, but the last couple of chapters got me. I'm going to suck it up and read book two and HOPE it's better than the first.

Spellbinding

I loved this book. It was an engaging listen. I can’t wait to hear more from KC and the boys. The twists in the turns in this book kept me locked in. The ending had me ready for more. I can’t wait for the next audiobook.

Love the Read AND audio Duet

I felt about it at first. Then book 2 came out and I’m DYING for the audio to come out on that one as well. JF Harding and Michelle Sparks are a couple of my favorite narrators. Lucas Allen is new for me but I loved him too. Can’t WAIT for book 2 narration to come out
