Love the morning results!

I have issues with remaining asleep through an entire night. My Dr. prescribed a medication, with a side effect of short term memory loss. After feeling the side effects, it became apparent to me that Mother Nature didn't need any help with my aging process. Insread, I decided to try listening to this at bedtime, hoping it would help.
Since I began, I have slept through entire nights! In an experiment, I attempted to sleep without listening. the result was a fitful night. Not 100% convinced I continued to experiment with the same results!
You cannot imagine how restless sleep steals energy until you have a full night of restful sleep!
I highly recommend this audio aid! (p.s. if you are on sleep medication, make sure you talk to a Dr. before discontinuing any medications! The results can be fatal!)

Been a excellent app

It works and it helps keep you in the right frame of mind. Enjoy it almost every night. Want to get more of them

IDK what is happening but every time I listen

Every time I listen to this I wake up in a panic around hour 4. what could this be about? IDK I'm going to take a break and maybe listen to it in the day.

lots of space

this was great and I feel that it was effective, however the amount of time that the book was basically a noise maker was not expected and I woke up when the voice started again.

Great at bedtime

Great way to get your mind to relax with soothing music. This helped me to stop my mind racing and to relax, helping me to fall asleep.

Worth a shot

I've only been listening a week, but I've noticed I don't wake up st night anymore, and i am more calm and have more patience...I would like to think it's from self help! I'm still skeptical, but it's definitely worth a shot!

It works and helps you relax

I have tried and use this system for years as part of my strategy for deep relaxation I found it very helpful to sleep deep and restful
