Terrific introduction to the Pomodoro technique

As someone who has struggled with to-do lists my whole life, and how to get motivated and organized to accomplish them, this technique has helped me tremendously to wrangle the never-ending lists that I've try to navigate. This author explains it in a way that is very easy to understand, along with alternatives ways to match with different lifestyles. He even names different prioritization methods (GTD) and names computer apps that complement this technique. I will definitely be listening to this title again, as there are so many nuggets of information that are easy to miss the first time through.
