Couldn’t stop

I couldn’t stop listening to this book, it had my guts churning then my heart soaring, my heart broke and tears flowed for the time that they had lost, the decade of lies others spew at them, about them, believing they were true, until the lies come crashing down around everyone, leaving in the wake the only two people that matter most, raw, real and free from the poison.
I love Jade West books, they feel so real, like they could be someone’s life and in this book it felt like part of my own life had been laid bare.

Interesting Kink lol

*Spoilers* Lucas’s kink was pretty sexy lol. I get that not getting the court involved was part of developing the antagonist of the story, but it was beyond ridiculous. You can’t just hold your kid over someone as blackmail. So that part was frustrating. And Lucas letting his ex AND his mother dictate his life. He didn’t even get confirmation from a doctor that she was actually pregnant?? And if it was his?? Absolute insanity.

NAUGHTY!!!

The smut is crazy (a little too much for me in a few spots) but i could not stop reading this book. Your heart breaks with the characters as theirs do, but you feel the joy all the same. Definitely one of the sexier books ive read recently with a good storyline too

Really good

The story was excellent. The third act break up (I hate those) only lasted 2 short chapters. There were a few parts that I wish were more of a show than a tell. I really like how she handled the very real things that can happen during a seizure. Making that work with a very real kink was exceptionally well done.

British voices with sexy smutty and a good plot

I felt for poor Anna and Lukas. Anna's friend's where kind of crappy to her. sometimes you can't help who you love. The book has plenty of smutty sex scenes and there good ones. The British narrators had hot sexy voices

WOAH! The SPICE (if it can even be called spice)

This was my first Jade West novel and I am FLOORED! This book had such an incredible story line and the characters were so deep! Fair warning….if you do not read spicy books or they aren’t your thing, then she is definitely NOT for you. We listen and we don’t judge over here 😂😂 with that being said, this is the first time a book has made me gag 😂 but I powered through and finished it and had zero regrets! HEA but not without some scars to prove it. Read trigger warnings for sure! If you decide to go on this journey….ill see you on the other side!

How Anna was so brave!!

Absolutely loved this book. The story flowed so nicely I would recommend this ten times again.
