frost

I didn't care for the narrators tempo and choice of words to emphasize . she was animated and used a lot of inflection. I'm sure for a different book she would be one of my favorite narrators, just in this case her interpretation of the rhythm was different than mine.

Ugh

Great poetry ruined by a lack of sufficient gravity in the reading. She has a good voice, and speaks with a smile. Yet, this is not Dr Seuss. This is Robert Frost. A thinker. A ponderer and wanderer. I believe the poems could be better represented by a more dour person.

awful narrator

I love Robert Frost and the poems are all phenomenal, but the narrator is absolutely terrible. I would say she sounds like a robot, but I honestly think AI would do more Justice to these poems. she sounds like a third grader just trying to get through the poems so the teacher will pick someone else to read. her inflection and emphasis are completely off and just overall insulting to these great works

shrill

The narrator is ill suited for this book. Rather shrill and theatrical tone. Rather than a soothing low voice called for with Frost, it put me on edge. Trying to listen to it as you fall asleep is futile.
