the perfect book to listen to while commuting

I have read all of the books on this series and they are all LOL and fun to read. the Audible is even better. Both narrators are great and they time the LOL lines perfectly.

Fun

I think I got this for free and was pleasantly surprised that it was as good as it was. not the laugh out loud rom com it was advertised as, but a fun listen. I just downloaded the sequel.

Fun listen

I love rockstar romances; I just think they're so much fun. This story was no different. I loved getting to know Linx and Becca through this story. There were so many laugh out loud moments in this, but there were also sweet moments. It was a really good balance to me.

The narration was absolutely stellar. Zachary Webber and Stella Hunter really brought these characters to life for me. I honestly could listen to these two all day.

This was a fun listen that I will definitely come back to!

A good start

This is the first book that I have listened to this author and overall I really enjoyed it. There were a couple times where I felt like I was missing some backstory for some of the characters but seeing as how this is the first book in the series I think their stories will become developed in later books.
I enjoyed listening to both narrators and hopefully they will voice the characters in later books.

Hilarious!

This is my first book from this author. CH came through when I was in need of a RomCom. This book ended way too soon. I really feel like there was more to the story that was left untold. I will absolutely be moving on to more books by CH. I can't wait to read the sisters story. At first It took a minute for me to gauge how old the sister was.

Love this world!

We get to jump into the Mile High world in Denver again, and I couldn’t be any happier. I love this world, filled with laughs & fun (and Babushka!), and unexpected moments. Here you’ve got Becca taking a life break, a vacation from the real world, and doing it at Brek’s bar. When Linx, member of Dimefront, comes strolling in, they connect. This leads to fun between them, more laughs, and a great time. And soon, feelings go from fun to more. And the narration was fantastic! Zachary Webber was perfect as Linx, could listen to him all day long 😍. And Stella Hunter did an awesome job as Becca. I loved these characters & I love this world! I hope there is more to come!!

Potential

I enjoy a good rockstar romance. If this was the author’s beginnings, I think you have potential. Maybe a better editor? Felt like I wasn’t given all the story.
Narrative was good.
I don’t like giving a poor review. Maybe I wasn’t in the mood to appreciate it. For that reason I will listen one more time. If my review changes, I’ll update.

Rock star romance

This is a fun book that had me laughing out loud. The old ladies 😂.
Standalone with no Cliffhangers.
He is a rockstar with his band on hold.
She is a therapist who needed a LONG vacation from her job.
It started as a fun thing but became so much more.
But is it real?

Fun & Sexy with a bit of Gibson...

Biker Bar. Rock Star. Reformed Groupie. What more could you want.

Listening to this book brought me lots of smiles and laughs! I enjoyed the banter between Linx & Becca... And just hearing about Gibson was entertaining!

Linx is trying to figure out what to do with himself while his bandmates figure out what they are planning for themselves. This leaves him searching for more and looking at his future.

Becca is taking a break. From work. From stress. From what she has been for so long. But at the same time, she is staying away from the happy groupie vibes that she once found. But can she find a new world with the man who has been off-limits???

Linx & Becca are learning to be themselves and find a new understanding of themselves.

I love the new beginning... Friends first... Discovery... This was my first book by this author and it caused me to add more to my TBR!

While the story was great, it was even better listening to Zachary Webber tell it to me! His voice draws you in and was truly SEXY!
