Pitch perfect narration of a charming classic!
When I heard that one of my favorite audiobook narrators, Alison Larkin, had read one of my favorite Children's Stories, Peter Rabbit, I ordered it immediately. What a TREAT this audiobook is! I love all her characterizations and was quickly swept away into Beatrix Potter's world. I played this to my grand children who absolutely loved it. The interview with Peter Rabbit at the end is charming and very funny indeed. This is a very special audiobook production that I will recommend again and again. I am now listening to Larkin's reading of Winnie-the-Pooh again. Both Winnie-the-Pooh and Peter Rabbit are perfect stories to play just before bed to ensure sweet, innocent dreams of a time gone by.
