Complicated Family and Intense Loyalties

Family is complicated and tragedies make loyalties extra strong in this intense, action-filled, all things boldly Reacher plot. Seeing a totally unexpected old enemy propels Reacher into an "off the books" investigation. Reacher has his own reason for being there, and absolutely nothing is going to stop him, not questions, not danger, not even nature. Dick Hill gives his usual stellar performance. I rarely re-listen/read a book. I'm sure I will with this one.

I love these books and this author. The story kept you engaged and trying to guess what will happen next. Each story is well written and well thought out. It's a must read!

Swimming with the fishes. Love Duffy but wish Kohl hadn't been so motivating and dead. Got to get to Bk9. See ya Jack

Lee Child Always Delivers!

Another Reacher story that is just as good as previous ones. A taut story with just enough close calls to force you to stay up another 30 minutes to find out if Jack will survive. A rich description of guns was fascinating even to a novice like me. Weapon enthusiasts jump in, you'll love the story!

I love every story about Reacher

dick Hill is always a great narrator I'm not sure if he did every part but if he did it was terrific.

Love Reacher.

Another great book on Reacher. Dick Hill brings him to life like no other can. I truly hope they make this 1 of the Reacher series on tv.

List are not necessary

Enjoyed the book but sometimes it seems that he includes a lot of list to fill the space. It's not necessary to spend 10 minutes on why an umbrella is wet.

One of the best I’ve read since he started writing years ago

Dick Hill is just amazing exciting story the edge of my paintbrush because that’s what I was doing while I listened for several days. i’m a very ancient senior citizen who just loves These novels!

Exciting

I watched the TV show and love it thought I would give the series a try. The book is very close to the TV series which makes both outstanding to listen, read , or watch. I enjoyed it so much that I have bought the series up to the 8th book. I liked how it was laid out, how the author held you on the palm of his hand. Not giving out a lot of information, with lots of twists and turns, the who done it keeps you on the edge and guessing. It was very entertaining, filled with great characters, scenes that you have no trouble picturing in your mind. So thrilling, chilling and exciting, I had trouble putting it down.

It took me a little while to get use to the narrator, He had a slow lazy voice and a little off but once you got use to it he narration wasn't so bad. There was no repeating of words, volume changes, some of the character voices were close to others but he did a pretty good job. I couldn't tell when he took a break even through I know he must have. He gave emotions but I wouldn't call them true emotions but he did a good job. All in all I enjoyed listening to the narrator.

I thought the author did a great job pulling the reader in, keeping their attention and giving a delightful story. I can't wait to read more of his work.

Persuader Reacher Succeeds The Hard Way

I like the Jack Reacher series. This storyline had a little more blood and guts than my previous reads. I didn’t enjoy that part as much.
Dick Hill’s narration was outstanding as always.
