I love money books and this is one more that provides great money power. Kirk sets up a beautiful foundation for young adults and that even adults could take advantage of. Adding to my financial toolbox.

Invaluable Resource

This audiobook starts out by hitting the nail on the head. We learn how to get job and make money, but not how to manage it... and how to build wealth. Personal Finance for Young Adults is an invaluable resource for teens transitioning into adulthood and is also is great for reparenting/teaching ourselves, as grown adults for the lessons we didn't really learn. I wish i had this information in my teens.

This is a comprehensive step-by-step guide to understand money, learning how to build wealth and become responsible adults. I like the personal touch of stories and personal relatable experiences throughout the audiobook. I especially love step 7, to reevaluate financial goals. So the audiobook sets you up on the right food, then recommends reevaluation constantly as you transition what you have learned into practice. Great resource! recommended listen.

Great Book!

The author did a great job presenting the material, keeping it exciting and informative. It explained the five common mistakes setting up personal financial goals, finding a job, and getting rid of debt and solutions. It had a ton of information on budgeting and investing, and saving money!!! Overall, this is a fantastic and informative book. It has great content and structure that anyone can understand.

Where was all this when I was a teen?

In hindsight, the data in this book is all too true--but not for the teen who needs it most. So, parents, if you care about your teenager, get this book, see that they listen to every word AND then apply it.
