The story is engaging and well paced. The interpersonal relationships are interesting too. And, clever humor throughout!

Still Listening, But the Shine is Off the Penny
It is obvious I have enjoyed this series or I would have never stayed with it this long, however, it is becoming a bit tedious that no one is rising to the occasion of being an ADULT.
This should be titled MISFITS IN SPACE. We are at a point in the story that I expect the dialogue to be less about penises with fewer to NO, tantrums, and a lot less emphasis on cookies!
I will continue, but with considerably less enthusiasm than before.

Great story but
The constant sexual byplay gets very old. I find myself fast-forwarding past these unnecessary distractions looking for the continuations of the story ark. I will not continue with this series.

Another Great Story
Perhaps the best thing about Buroker's writing is while (in the best tradition of Firefly) nothing ever goes smooth for her protagonists, none of her plot complications seem forced. Everything flows naturally from the goals of the characters. I especially enjoy how the goals of the "crew" are often at cross-purposes; they all feel like real people rather than cardboard cutouts present just to further the plot.
